Why this exists

Before QSP I spent years on the other side of the invoice. Real estate, renovation, flipping houses, and before that sales, marketing and recruiting. I worked for myself the whole time, which means I did every job in the business, alone, badly, in rotation.

The people I hired were good. The electrician knew the panel before he opened it. The painter left a room I did not have to look twice at. What none of them had was a second person, so the trade got their full attention and everything else got whatever was left at nine at night.

So I would ask for a quote and wait three days for a text. I would book work and get no reminder, so the day moved twice. Then the job would finish, and the invoice would not come, and I would end up reminding someone to bill me for work I was happy with. I wanted to pay them. It was hard to pay them.

That is not a character problem. It is one person running sales, scheduling, billing, collections and the actual trade, from a phone, between jobs. Something gets dropped, and it is always the paperwork, because the paperwork is not standing in the driveway asking questions.

QSP is that second person. Quote from the driveway. Reminders that go out without you. Invoice before you leave. Paid by card from a text link. One price, no modules to buy later, and one click that downloads your customers, quotes, jobs, invoices and expenses if you ever want to take them somewhere else.

One price, everything included, and no modules to buy later. See the pricing page.

One click downloads your customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, expenses, team list, marketing sends, referral codes, settings and the record of every email that bounced, all as spreadsheet files, along with the web address of every photograph and logo you uploaded. A few records stay behind, including refunds, the payment by payment history on an invoice, and the list of which customer each marketing send reached. Photographs come out as addresses rather than image files, and those addresses stop working once your account is deleted, so save any image you want to keep while the account is still open.
