Payment reminders
An assistant reminds your customers about the invoices you are still waiting on. They call as your business, they leave your own number to call back, and they say only what you would say yourself.
What the assistant does
- 1
Sends your invoice again from your account, with its payment link on it. QuoteSchedulePay delivers it, as it delivers every invoice.
- 2
Calls the customer once, names your business, and says which invoice it is, what the work was, what it comes to and when it was due.
- 3
Offers to send the payment link during that call. QuoteSchedulePay texts it from its own number, naming your business, to a customer who has signed up for texts.
- 4
Leaves one message if nobody answers, and then stops.
- 5
Writes down what happened on each invoice and hands the list back to you.
What the assistant never does
-
No threats. Never threatens anything. No legal action, no credit consequence, no referral to anybody else, no consequence of any kind.
-
Who they are. Never claims to be anything other than a person calling for your business.
-
No commission. Never takes a share of what your customer pays. The fee is the same whether every invoice is paid or none of them is.
-
How often. Never calls a customer more than once about the same invoice, and never writes a text by hand.
-
What hours. Never calls outside 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, in your customer's own time zone.
-
Stop means stop. Never contacts a customer again, by any route, once that customer has asked not to be. You are told the same day.
-
No arguments. Never argues about an invoice. A customer who disagrees with one is passed straight back to you.
-
Nobody else. Never tells anybody but your customer what is owed, including whoever else answers the phone.
-
Your name on the call. Never names any company on the call but yours. Texts come from QuoteSchedulePay and name your business, as every invoice text does.
What it costs
A flat fee for the month. It is never a share of what comes in, and it does not change with the size of an invoice or with how many of them get paid.
What you supply
You send the list of open invoices and tick the customers you are happy for us to contact. Only the ones you tick are worked.
Current invoices only. One that is long overdue, that your customer disputes, or that sits with somebody else already is not work for this job, and it goes back to you.
Buying it
You buy this a month at a time on the Billing screen of your account, the same way as every other Crew job.
